3. User Categories and Eligibility

Must have active Guardian supervision and approval
Cannot create an account without Guardian consent

3.2 Guardians (Parents/Legal Guardians)

Must be 18 years or older
Must be the legal parent or guardian of the Mini Mogul
Responsible for supervising all Mini Mogul activities on the Platform
Have full oversight and control over their Mini Mogul's account

3.3 Customers

Individuals who purchase products or services from Mini Moguls
Must provide accurate contact and payment information
